Help choose my ornament for the Texas House Christmas tree
Every year, each Texas state representative gets to place one ornament on the Christmas tree in the House chambers. Ornaments are traditionally painted by children in their district. This year, we’re going one step further — you get to help me choose!
I invited high schools in Comal and western Hays counties to submit an ornament painted by their students for consideration, and four agreed to join in the competition. Please click below to vote for your favorite to decorate the Texas House Christmas tree!
