VOTER FRAUD ALERT 🚨 AG stripped of authority to prosecute

Voter fraud in Texas is out of control.

The Texas Court of Criminal Appeals just stripped the Texas Attorney General of his authority to prosecute voter fraud cases. I'm still in disbelief! Just imagine the ramifications on our election security when bad actors who want to subvert our republic's democratic process learn they will get off scot-free. Counties with radical George Soros-funded district attorneys won't prosecute this fraud. Bexar, Travis, Harris, and Dallas counties could flip our entire state blue this November. If the Third Court refuses to change their decision, Governor Abbott must call a special session to quickly give the Attorney General the authority to prosecute election fraud.

When I'm your state representative, I'll fight to make election fraud a felony and ensure that anyone ever convicted of election fraud never steps near a ballot box or is involved in any form of electioneering. Not only should the Attorney General have the authority, he MUST use it, and if counties are refusing to prosecute election fraud, the state should bill those tyrannical counties for the costs to do so.

As state representative protecting the integrity of our elections will be a top priority. Without free, fair, and secure elections, we don't have a truly free society.

Because the Court of Criminal Appeals is the highest criminal court in the state, there is no way to appeal this ruling other than a change in state law. As state representative, I will fight to increase penalties for election fraud and ensure the State of Texas has strong authority to prosecute this crime.

If you share my concern for the safety of our elections, would you consider helping by:

  1. Writing or calling the Court of Criminal Appeals clerk. Urge the judges to uphold Texas election integrity and grant the Attorney General's petition for rehearing and vacate the judgment entered on December 15, 2021. Tell the clerk that you will vote for Judge Scott Walker's opponent in the March 1st primary.
Also ask the court clerk to thank Judge Kevin Yeary for dissenting.

  2. Forwarding this email to as many people as you can to inform them of this serious issue. Most don't know that this judgement exists or the impact it will have on election integrity if not vacated.

  3. Chip in $25 to my campaign efforts to help spread the word and educate voters about this critical issue.
